Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Shipping Costs & Availability:

  • We deliver to most locations across Australia.
  • Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $500 incur a flat shipping fee of $19.95.
  • In certain cases, additional shipping fees may apply due to the weight, size, or destination of the package. If this occurs, we will inform you of the cost before processing your order. If you choose not to proceed, we will issue a full refund.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of Australia.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days, depending on product availability.
  • For Metro Melbourne, estimated delivery is 1–5 business days; for regional areas outside Victoria, 2–10 business days. Deliveries to remote areas in NT, QLD, and WA may take longer.
  • If an item is not immediately available, we may:
    • Order it from our supplier, which could extend the shipping timeframe.
    • Arrange for direct shipping from the supplier to expedite delivery.
  • If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for a gift), please let us know at the time of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Liability & Insurance:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse.

Returns & Warranty

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before returning it. We may be able to provide troubleshooting assistance or direct you to an authorised service provider for faster resolution.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned products must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • The product must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Please do not apply stickers, labels, or tape directly onto the product’s original packaging. Instead, place it inside a protective shipping carton.
  • Vinyl Revival reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Repairs & Warranty Claims

If your product does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the issue. If the product is assessed and found to be in working condition, return shipping and handling charges will apply.

In cases where a refund is issued due to a change of mind (see below), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.


Change of Mind Policy

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, in exceptional cases, and solely at our discretion, we may allow returns for brand-new, unopened items.

Important Conditions:

  • Products must be sealed and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from any store credit provided.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
